Thanks for the Refine Edge tool tips! I've checked out a few tutorials but yours really showed the ups and downs of the tool which I'm sure will be helpful when I try it out.

Great longer video than the one that was on YouTube.
Could you go into more depth on how to correct the issues where its goes semi-transparent, for instance the section on your shirt collar at about 18m 50secs. Perhaps you could email me back?
I also think you should do a separate YouTube video of how to do this with a very busy background as most users comments on YT says something about how easy it is to do on a plain background, but how hard it is to do with a hard background.
