Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 11:26PM Today's show does double duty as both part of our Lightroom 3 review and also the first chapter in a new tutorial. We'll be adding fashion labels to our photographs as a fun way to brand a Lightroom 3 slideshow and I'll show you how the label is made by using new features from Lightroom 3 and Photoshop CS5. If you want to see what we're aiming for I've uploaded the Lightroom 3 Slideshow to my Flickr.
Covered in this episode:
- Importing photos in Lightroom
- New import dialog in Lightroom 3
- Import presets in Lightroom 3
- Docking folders in Lightroom 3 import dialog
- Lightroom straightening
- Lightroom cropping
- Lightroom color correction
- Lightroom color enhancement
- Before and after view
- Lightroom export to photoshop
- Lightroom Photoshop round trip
- Photoshop CS5 marquee tool
- Photoshop CS5 content aware fill
- Photoshop CS5 content aware scaling
