The final, fourth chapter of my Lightroom post processing segment on Photo Day 2009 has been released and is available to watch as part of Chris Marduardt's show, Tips From The Top Floor Ep.445. Chris took over the TWiT cottage for a day while Leo was on vacation and filled the day with Photography tips, discussion and interviews.
My good friend Chris Marquardt has recently been posting episodes from the Photo Day that aired on Twit Live in 2009. I was privileged to be part of the day and Chris recently posted part of my contribution. You can find the episode on the Tips From The Top Floor website as tfttf429 - Photoday 2009 Video - Post Processing with John Arnold - Part 1 of 4. There's a link on the page there to download the MP4 version, which is much higher quality than the embedded YouTube show. I recommend viewing that one.
Today we introduce the new CS4 tabbed windows interface and show you how to wrestle under control the tool palettes. We've also got a brand new composition segment showing you how to shoot panning shots with all the basics plus some advanced tips. There's a new assignment and we review the entries to our last assignment, Pencil, to the music of Matthew Ebel.
Today is our final trip around Focus On Imaging 2009 and we finish up by visiting the stands of Moo, who show us their business card range, and Hasselblad who tell us about their latest cameras available at prices that even us mere mortals can afford.
Today's show features Lite Panels which are on the Manfrotto stand since they're both part of Bogen Imaing, and PhotoPlod, a photography walk in picturesque England in support of children's charity.
